Things to know for domains that are ready to transfer
- Registered for at least 60 days.
- There is a period of use before the expiration of not less than 7 days (15 days is recommended).
- Domain Status: Displays OK only, no other statuses such as ClientTransferProhibited or any other value.
- The name and address in Administrative Contact must be your name and address, and the email address must be your email address.
The Transfer Process
If you find that all the items listed in the above 4 items are complete, please contact the EPP Code or Authorization Code from the original service provider. Then send the domain name and EPP code to us. Once the information has been received, rocknix will notify your former registrar to request a domain transfer to our care. This process will take 4–7 days, during which you will receive a letter asking you to click to confirm the transfer authorization.
